Mark Zuckerberg tied the knot with his girlfriend Priscilla Chan last weekend and all she got was a microscopic ruby ring.
According to reports, the Facebook founder designed the ,000 ring himself because “red has more meaning and emotion in Asia.”
We understand that Mark was taking a cultural approach, but really? You’re worth about BILLION and have been together for more than nine years and that’s the best you could do?
Oh well, to each their own! The ring actually went well with Priscilla’s off-the-rack Claire Pettibone gown and the extravagant Mexican feast that cost about .50/plate.
Hopefully the billionaire’s next feat doesn’t include designing wedding rings! Stick with technology, Mark. You’re good at that.

Marc Jacobs doesn’t have a problem with shelling out million for his New York Fashion Week sets, but when it comes to the girls who walk on them? Not so much.
The designer used 17 year old Hailey Hasbrook as his “look” model for his fall show, which had her changing in and out of clothes from 6pm to as late (or early) as 4:30am.
After all was said and done, Hasbrook clocked upwards of 30+ hours as Jacobs’ live mannequin and how did he repay her? With clothes.
We could see how some girls would be OK with that, but keeping a 17 year old until the wee hours of the morning is wrong.
If he has to pay his Louis Vuitton models in Paris, because it’s the law, he should pay the ones he uses in the US too.
Plus, we all know Marc has the money. He’s one of the highest paid designers in the industry for cryin’ out loud!

With the big day less than two months away, Lily Allen‘s wedding budget is already shot to hell.
A source close to the Chanel wearing bride-to-be explains:
“I think the wedding dress itself is going to cost a small fortune. And her sisters, Teddy and Sarah, who are bridesmaids, are getting Chanel dresses too. If there was a budget for the wedding, it’s been completely blown. It’s gone from a small intimate family do with close friends, to something huge. There are so many people Lily feels she needs to invite. She also wants the champagne to flow and the food to be amazing.”
We can’t say we’re surprised, but she’s allowed. It’s only the biggest day of her life.
