We reported on Wednesday that Ludacris was awarded primary custody in the battle over his 13-month-old daughter Cai.
At first, it sounded as though both parents had cases against one another as to why they were the more fit guardian… but now we’re hearing that Luda is far and away the better caregiver and that Tamika Fuller even has a history of childneglect!
According to reports, the judge ruled heavily in the 37-year-old rapper’s favor because Cai’s mother had previously abandoned her first born 20 years prior!
If you’re hoping to own your very own piece of Hollywood history, you better have some DEEP pockets!!
Monday night at the ‘TCM Presents: There’s No Place Like Hollywood’ Auction at Bonhams in Manhattan, cinephiles got a chance to bid on some iconic pieces of moviememorabilia, and it was NOT cheap!
One of the most popular items of the night was one of the two original pianos used in Rick’s Café in the iconic 1942 film, Casablanca, and it sold for a jaw-dropping .9 million!
The piano is probably best known from Ingrid Bergman‘s infamous line, “Play it, Sam.” However, actor Dooley Wilson didn’t even know how to play piano, and had to pretend he was playing throughout the film!
That’s an awful lot of money for a piano that was never actually played on camera!!
Surprisingly, that wasn’t even the most expensive item of the night, as the original Cowardly Lion costume worn by Bert Lahr in The Wizard of Oz sold for more than million!
Of course, there were other items for sale for movie lovers with a tighter budget, like a Springtime for Hitler poster from The Producers, which sold for ,750! And don’t forget the idol Indiana Jones stole at the beginning of Raiders of the Lost Ark, which raked in ,250!
While .9 million is a LOT to pay for a piano, we’re guessing it will be well worth it when this guy gets to play As Time Goes By for his guests at his next party! LOLz!
