Gwyneth Paltrow has built a very successful Goop-y empire, and she wants her kids to take over when they grow up!
The actress recently talked about 10-year-old Apple and 8-year-old Moses, and her plans for the biz, explaining:
“I very much want Goop to be its own standalone brand. I know at this point it’s inextricably me but we are a team of amazing people who bring incredible ideas to the site — it’s not only me. My dream would be that in 20 years people would sort of recollect that I had something to do with it…and my involvement would be less essential. I never wanted to do a proprietary brand. I wanted it to be its own thing that my children can run one day if they want to!”

Why would they not want to?! It’s a great idea!
Gwyneth also tried to clear up some misconceptions about Goop, explaining what it’s really all about! She said:
“I was a fool. I had no idea what I was getting myself into. But I have to say, it’s been incredibly rewarding and I learn so much every day. And we’re in a really exciting time in the business right now. It’s amazing to be the creative force and also to understand what’s going on on the fiscal side and with raising money and all of that. It’s very challenging. We’re always trying to improve. I think that there is sometimes some miscommunication. We aren’t a super luxury site, but we’re aspirational. We have things on there that cost , [and] we have things on there that cost 0. I think sometimes that some of the criticism that Goop gets is because people haven’t actually gone to the site and looked around to see what we actually are.”
That kind of puts a new spin on things! Does it change your opinion of Goop at all???

A teacher in France is taking Facebook to court over a painted vajay.
Per the social network’s policy, they suspended the man’s account after he posted a picture of a bare vagina on his page.
Now the man is demanding about k in damages for being censored!

The thing is, the image is far from what one might call smut. It’s an 1866 painting by Gustave Courbet called L’Origine du Monde, or The Origin Of The World.
The NSFW(?) original (see it below) is considered fine art and is currently on display at the Musée d’Orsay in Paris (where performance artists occasionally bare their own “origins” in front of it).
The teacher argues that Facebook punishing him for posting the image is a violation of his free speech.
Facebook’s immediate response to the complaint — made in a French court — was to claim that legal disputes with them could only be held in California.
But Paris’ High Court has now ruled against FB, deciding that it does indeed have jurisdiction — even calling Facebook’s legal clause “abusive.”
The teacher’s attorney Stephane Cotineau applauded the decision, saying:
“This decision will create jurisprudence for other social media and other internet giants who use their being headquartered abroad, mainly in the United States, to attempt to evade French law.”
Now the trial will go ahead on May 21st — in France.

Kelly Osbourne has finally broken her silence!
After initially sharing some of the heat for the comments made on Fashion Police about Zendaya, Kelly took to social media to make sure it was clear that she had nothing to do with the patchouli oil and weed opinions.
She got so heated at one point that she even threatened to leave the show!
It turns out Kelly was extra mad because it came out on Wednesday that she actually tried to tell Giuliana Rancic to cool it with the stereotypical comparisons during some unused takes, but her advice was not followed.
Well, Kelly has once again taken to Twitter to comment on the ordeal, saying:

From the tweet, we’re assuming that she’s acknowledging G’s numerous apologies, as well as praising Zendaya for being so mature about the whole situation.
We’re glad Kelly’s handling being in the middle of this whole thing well!
Hopefully Giuliana will just listen to her a little more next time…

Michelle Branch can finally look us in the eye and tell us that she’s happy now.
That’s because after a year of separation, Michelle and her husband Teddy Landau are getting a divorce.
Michelle filed the paperwork to end her marriage of 11 years on Wednesday, and is looking for shared custody of their 9-year-old daughter Owen Isabelle.

The world was shocked and saddened to learn that Jon Stewart was retiring!
It’s truly the end of an era. Sad face.
Now that we know Stewart is leaving, who is gonna take over for him?
Word on the street is Joel McHale was in the running as a replacement!
But what does Joel think? He said:
“I don’t think I’m smart enough to do the job. I think I come off as being smart. But deep down I’m really not. Plus, I’ve just signed on for two more years at E!, and I’m having a ball on that show. And E! has been incredibly good.”
Ha! Sounds like McHale is a big fan of “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”

He then explains how his show, The Soup, is nothing like The Daily Show, saying:
“Jon Stewart deals with large, very important issues. We obsess about the weirdos on ‘The Bachelor’ who do ghost adventures and look for Bigfoot. So I think the show would not be up to the intellectual standards that everyone is looking for.”
Yeah, we can totally see how Joel’s brand of news is a bit different than Jon Stewart’s.
So now we’re left crawling in the dark, feeling around for a new Daily Show host.
